We kindly ask that you email us to confirm that everything has arrived safely and meets your expectations. 14 days start on the day you recieve the item.
Please Note: All items we ship will be sent with tracking and signature-required shipping (Registered Mail).
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused and unaltered.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
